Customer Comes First!

We endeavor to bring you the best skincare products from all over the world after thorough research.  However following points are being agreed by a client upon buying from us:

  1. We are not the manufacturers of the products and are just the sellers.
  1. We try our best to curate the products with best online and customer reviews.
  1. It is the responsibility of the customers to read the online reviews on Google before buying from us, and make sure that your skin is not allergic to any of the ingredients in them.
  1. The Swan Sisters assumes no responsibility in case of an adverse skin condition resulting from the use of the products purchased from us.
  1. The amount for the products will be refunded based upon the damage caused to the product during shipping only. No refunds will be made in case of a product not suiting a client.
  1. In case a client refuses to accept a dispatched order due to any reason, double delivery charges will apply for their next order and in future we will only accept direct bank transfer as mode of payment from them.
  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without assigning any reason.
  1. Coupons will not be applicable during sale on our website.
  1. Complaints of damaged, leaked or bad product must be filed within 48Hrs of receiving your order. Company will take at least 72Hrs to investigate the case before making the decision.
  1. Free samples will not be added in orders, placed during Sale.
